We started keeping a record, but couldn't find any correlation between the tremors and activity, food or time. A call to the Dr on Monday prompted scheduling an EEG and MRI for next week (21st). Be at the hospital at 9am with a tired baby. I guess Daddy will be staying up late with her and I will be getting her up early so she'll be ready for a good nap during the EEG. The MRI requires general anesthesia since Little E won't follow directions and lay still when told. It won't exactly be a day of fun, but hopefully we can find out what's going on - or at least rule out some big ones.
We had therapy yesterday and Eisley had the shaking episodes about 10 times during that hour. The therapist wasn't as worried about them since her eyes don't lose focus and her muscles don't tense up while this is happening - more like a tremor of sorts. (I took my camera to get some pics, but was so busy watching the shakes/tremors, I forgot to get any pictures.) However, the other night Eisley did have an episode that lasted longer - a couple minutes - her eyes were not focused, but looking up and her back arched while she just screamed. This happened twice a few weeks ago, but went away so we dismissed it.
The episode Tuesday night prompted a visit to the pediatrician, but he felt much better after seeing Eisley. She looks great and is happy. Of course she didn't have any of the tremors in the office. For now we'll try to catch something on video, but since they're so fast it may be tough. If the back arching, eye rolling issue reoccurs we'll visit the ER or call for a direct admission and eval.
