We were so busy with birthday business last weekend that decorating for Christmas just didn't happen. So it got tackled this weekend. The kids and Dad put up both trees - last year we found a small tree after Christmas to put in the basement with all the cartoon ornaments. They had fun getting out all the ornaments and putting them on.

That is such a cute idea for a tree skirt! I've never seen that before, but I love it. Something fun for the kids to do every year, too. :)
