Just in case the kids forgot to mention something to Santa a couple nights ago, we managed to squeeze in one more visit with the big guy. Lexi's only request the other night was a present for herself (lots of birthdays lately where she had to watch other people open presents) - which she received, so she was pretty much done talking to him, but at least got a little closer.
We started off with a yummy breakfast of eggs, sausage, tater tots and a muffin. And then the big moment. This year the tables were numbered and ushered to see Santa in order. Lucky us, we were seated at table #1!
Eisley wasn't so happy to see Mr Claus again. Everyone has to have a moment sometime.
She did find out something worthwhile from her visit. Candycanes are pretty tasty! I let her hold it and she banged it around enough that it came open. Of course with everything, it goes in the mouth!
Now we're off to get some holiday baking and making done before some very special visitors arrive!
