Today we enjoyed the spring day off of school with a trip to the zoo. To make it even better, our neighbors joined us. The girls enjoyed having friends to pal around with.
Feeding the fish - Daylene was thoughtful to bring lots of leftover bread, so we had a feast for the fishes
We were able to watch the sea lion training. The water in the pool was really low because some babies had just been born. The sea lions are getting treats, so Eisley is asking for "more" too!
Miss E had a rougher recovery than I expected. I think a little bit of an ileus (sleepy bowels), which meant for some throwing up - ouchie with a hernia repair. We used the tube feeding quite a bit, but when Eisley was opening the port and drinking the pediasure from the tube, it was a sure sign she was feeling better!
While the girls were busy playing, Dad and Tristan were taking in some basketball downtown. A weekend pass meant for lots of games and guy time!
