Little E's Big Team

The 2011 Buddy Walk is coming up quickly.  We had a great turnout last year and are hoping to see our team grow.

What is the Buddy Walk?  It is the annual fundraiser for the Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands (DSA).  DSA (formerly ODSPN) is extremely helpful with numerous resources for tackling life with Eisley.  Without their support and information this adjustment would be much more difficult. 

Here’s the nitty gritty of it all: 

      ^·          Saturday, October 15th @ UNO (there will be signs off Dodge)

     ·         9am: Registration & Entertainment begins (face painting, photo booth, dance party, bounce houses, carnival games)

  ·         11am: walk begins (1.5 miles or take the shortcut and skip the trip through Memorial Park)

What YOU can do: (select as many as you’d like)

·         Walk with us

·         Get a Little E’s Big Team shirt ($5 each – see mock up attached)

·         Join us for lunch/dinner after the walk @ our house (whenever you can come, we’ll be here all day after the walk)

·         Register for the walk (it’s not necessary to register even if you want to walk)

·         Donate online or send to us

If you would like a Little E’s shirt, please let us know shirt sizes by September 22^nd (I know this is short notice, but it’s an easy question!).  We're hoping to get shirts for sizes from 2T - 3X.  Here's the mock-up for the shirts:  "Big Team" will be tweaked a bit and everyone will have 11 on the back for 2011.
