It must be autumn

You can always tell when it turns to autumn around our house. The mood changes, the atmosphere is laid back.... its the best time of the year.... well, for some of us. And without further ado, some of the first fall pictures!!

Lexi is a fan of Spidergirl, and that look of joy is priceless! Its one of the few times you don't have to coax a smile out of her. Hmmm... Dad wonders if comic book superheroes are in her genes.... he can always hope.

Lexi is rolling and trying to scoot onto her knees, which is good and bad news. good that she's starting to be mobile, but bad for Mom and Dad, desperately trying to keep her a baby just a little while longer.

Keira is her usual self. Mom and Grandma have been working on numbers and letters with her. She can now spout off how to spell her name, the street she lives on, and what city she lives in.

Of course, keeping her focused for more than 5 minutes at a time is the real adventure. Still, Keira is a computer nut, and likes to spend time playing the preschool games that Mom and Dad have loaded for her.

Keira is still enjoying dance class, and each week learns a new step or two. Dad gets a kick out of the "Know what I did in class today?" question each Saturday morning.

Here she is sporting her new Abby Cadabby outfit.... Typical Keira pose style!

Lexi's dedication was a rare family photo op. . It was awesome to share the occasion with our extended family. Mom and Dad had a good day just hanging with the kids, friends and family! Everyone felt truly blessed to share such a day.
